which include posture health, pain reduction, nutrition and movement education.

 Rose hopes to inspire the people she serves to live a healthier & happier life and to do everything within their power to achieve this in every moment. 

 

Ways you can create balance and healing 

Both group Yoga classes and individual sessions are available.

Foundation Training for posture health and to help manage back pain while strengthening the core muscles .

Therapy balls can be used to decrease pain and increase movement in any part of the body.

Options for your personal growth journey with Rose can include nutrition coaching, self hypnosis skills, 

 meditation and mindfulness

I've been a Pilates teacher for 30 years. I went to Rose after I

Rose’s comprehensive education as Yoga Teacher,  Foundation Trainer and her knowledge of self massage skills, provides her with a unique set of skills unlike any instructor we have ever known.  We have and continue to benefit so much from Rose’s knowledgeable approach to therapeutic body work.  She has helped us through sports injuries, chronic pain from old injuries and plain old aches and pains from body misalignment.
