My journey to yoga
Rose started her yoga journey in 2004 and has continued to learn for the past 20 years. She is an Experienced yoga teacher, is passionate about postural health and nutrition as part self healing.
Rose has recovered from a major spine surgery (1987) and continues to learn about finding balance and her own healing. She knows the stuff of the mind and the Self plays a major role in her well-being.
